Considering telehealth
House of Haven also offers telehealth. Telehealth is an option for eligible Kansas residents who will be physically in Kansas at visit time. Missouri residents should request an in-person Lenexa appointment, subject to clinical, prescribing, and payer fit. Being near the state line does not change the video scheduling path.

From Johnson County
If you are in Overland Park, Shawnee, Olathe, Prairie Village or another Johnson County community, in-person care is offered at the listed Lenexa practice. Confirm that your specific slot is in person and check suite and arrival instructions; for video, confirm Kansas residence and that you will be physically in Kansas at appointment time.
From Wyandotte County or the state line
House of Haven lists no Kansas City, Kansas or Wyandotte County office. A Kansas address on your paperwork does not make a video visit eligible if you will physically be in Missouri at the appointment time. Ask about eligibility and clinical fit before booking, and do not travel to Lenexa unless an in-person visit is actually confirmed.
