Anxiety
Persistent worry, racing thoughts, panic, tension, irritability, and trouble sleeping can make daily life feel exhausting. Care can help you understand what is happening and what support may fit.

Depression
Depression is not always visible. Low motivation, exhaustion, numbness, irritability, sleep changes, and loss of interest can make life feel heavy even when you keep going.
Explore Depression Care →Symptom clarity
You are not alone, and it is not all in your head.
Mental health concerns can affect focus, sleep, energy, mood, relationships, and the way you move through your day.
Evaluation
ADHD, anxiety, depression, or something else?
Symptoms can overlap. A thoughtful psychiatric evaluation helps clarify what may be going on and what kind of care may fit your life.
Treatment philosophy
Medication is a tool, not a shortcut.
Medication can be helpful for many people, but it should never replace listening, education, or shared decision making.
